Application module: Scheme

1 Scope

This part of ISO 10303 specifies the application module Scheme. The following are within the scope of this part of ISO 10303:

• the identification of schemes;
• the identification of entries in a scheme;
• the association of dates and times with schemes and entries in schemes;
• the definition of relationships between entries within a scheme, including dependencies and sequencing;
• the definition of relationships between schemes;
• the definition of relationships between scheme entries and schemes that expand on entries.

The following are outside the scope of this part of ISO 10303:

• the specification of detailed activities corresponding to an entry in a plan or schedule;

  NOTE 1   The ability to specify procedures for undertaking activities is provided in the task_specification module.

• the allocation of resources to an entry in a plan or schedule.

  NOTE 2   The ability to specify resources for undertaking activities is provided in the task_specification module.
